  • Is there a minimum spend to order?

    Yes, the minimum spend is £40. We have great savings and discounts on multi-purchases

    and our firewood starter packs.

  • Where Do You Deliver?

    We offer a FREE Delivery Service to customers within a 50 miles radius of Warmer Logs HQ, this is called Warmer Logs Local. However, if you live outside of our delivery zone, we have affordable and alternative delivery methods available. Get in touch today to find out more!

  • When can you deliver?

    Our team try to be as flexible as possible. During our busy winter season we are delivering 7 days a week between 9am to 5pm. 


    We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 to 5 working days.


    Please let us know if you have a preferred delivery date or any special instructions (eg. key under mat / place by door). If you do not plan on being home for the delivery, please pay by bank transfer when ordering.

  • How are the logs delivered?

    We provide a fast and efficient delivery service. Our drivers will always unload and try their best to get your logs as close as possible to where you need them. 


    To deliver, we use a 2.4m³ Tipper Truck or small sized vans this allows us to get to properties with difficult access. If noted, we can bring a wheelbarrow for ease of access. For properties with little storage or difficult access, we recommend our netted logs, they are a mess-free easy to store solution.

  • Are the logs dry?

    Yes, we pride ourselves on only supplying premium quality kiln-dried hardwood logs. 


    After being kiln-dried, all of our logs are checked for moisture content, this is roughly between 8-

    16%. NO WET LOGS… that’s our promise! So, if it’s wet, we’ll take it back.

  • How much do the bags weigh?

    By UK law, we are not permitted to sell logs by weight. Firewood logs are sold by volume

    rather than by weight. This is because the wetter the wood, the heavier it is, but the lower

    the calorific value and heat output. 


    Our bulk bags are approximately 0.8 m3.

  • What is what3words?

    WHAT3WORDS is an easy way to share your exact 3m x 3m location. 


    By providing us with your unique what3words reference for where you would like your log delivery to go, it will allow our drivers to ensure that your logs are left in the right place. 


    For example, you might choose to pinpoint

    your log store, garage or even the back gate.

  • How do I return used nets or bags?

    If you no longer have good use for your empty bags and nets, we’ll be more than happy to collect them. 


    To return used nets or bags, please contact us.
